The disturbances of the summer showed the entire country that young people were becoming increasingly disaffected and had the capacity to react in a variety of unexpected ways.
With crippling tuition fees a real stumbling block for many families and training courses vastly oversubscribed, what is open for young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds to aspire to?
